Questions renters ask

What do I need to apply?

Every applicant needs a background check, a credit check, and verifiable proof and history of income. Pay stubs, an offer letter, bank statements or tax records all work. Every application is reviewed individually, and every applicant is held to the same standard.

What does it cost to move in?

First month’s rent, a security deposit equal to one month’s rent, and a flat $99 administrative processing fee. The $99 fee does not cover the background and credit checks, which are paid separately.

Can I pay weekly?

Yes. Rent can be paid monthly or weekly. Text or call us and we will confirm the weekly amount.

How long is the lease?

Between 6 months and 1 year.

How do tours work?

Look through the photos and video first. Then pick an evening tour time. Tours start at 6:30 PM Eastern, and we confirm the time by text.

Yes. Every room listed here is available now. Availability can change, so confirm with us before you apply.
